Good morning race fans! The OWLS Dragonflies took first in Heat 3 surging ahead mid-race and finishing strong.

The team will race again in Heat 27 from lane 2 at 1:50. Grab a chair or a picnic blanket and come down to waterfront park for the Portland Dragon Boat Festival.

The top 8 women's teams will compete in a race around the bridges at 4:30 today. Stop by tent 12 to show your support, and wish the team well before the next qualifying race.

Seeding for Sunday is based on placements today, with time as the tie breaker. Women's Division races tomorrow 8:30-9:40 and 1:00-2:10.
